was built in downtown Silver City in 1934 as a movie theater but was abandoned in the late 1950's.  Virus Theater purchased the building in 2015 and began fundraising to remodel it into a performing arts center.   The doors opened in 2016, but renovations have been a continuing effort.  Find out how you can help by contacting Virus Theater.
